WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE TAILORS

1st appointment: Choose: style cut, color, fabric; Expect 15-40 measurements and photographs.
2nd appointment: First fitting or ‘skeleton baste’
3rd appointment: Second fitting or ‘forward’
4th appointment: Third fitting or ‘fin bar bin’

*If there is no baste stage then it is not a bespoke suit, it is ‘made to measure’.
*A suit can take 8-10 weeks to make and involves approximately 80 hours of tailoring.

Did you know: ‘Bespoke’ derives from the tailors of Savile Row- cloth would “be spoken for”.
